Kevin Devine’s “I Could Be With Anyone” MP3 posted; new album titled

The song is the title track from his forthcoming tour-exclusive EP, which will be released next week on Favorite Gentlemen when he embarks on a tour with Manchester Orchestra, Dead Confederate and All Get Out.

Since releasing his only major label album, 2006’s Put Your Ghost To Rest (Capitol), Devine has had a busy release schedule: Last year saw the release of the digital-only Live At Austin City Limits Music Festival 2007 album; a 2007 Tour EP; and the release of Put Your Ghost To Rest on double vinyl on Academy Fight Song. More recently, Put Your Ghost To Rest was properly reissued through Brand New’s Procrastinate! Music Traitors, and he released the Another Bag Of Bones 7" on Academy Fight Song.

Devine announced at his show yesterday with Jesse Lacey that he recently wrapped recording on his new full-length, which will be titled Brother’s Blood and will presumably be released in early 2009.
