Rise Against, Gallows, MxPx, Gorilla Biscuits members to play live Minor Threat tribute set

Members of Rise Against, Gallows, MxPx, Gorilla Biscuits and Riverboat Gamblers will be playing a one-time-only live set of Minor Threat covers together. The band, dubbed Filler, will be playing End Sounds‘ second annual Pre-SXSW Music Show.

Filler’s lineup includes Zach Blair (Rise Against, Gwar, Only Crime, Hagfish), Luke Abbey (Gorilla Biscuits, Warzone), Mike Herrera (MxPx, Tumbledown), Rob Marchant (Riverboat Gamblers, Slowride, Saboteur) and vocals by Frank Carter (Gallows) and Sam Ghanbar (Complete Control).

Other bands on the bill include Madball, Death In The Park (ex-Hot Rod Circuit), Reign Supreme, Tumbledown (MxPx), Call To Preserve, True Widow, Bitter End, the Ramonahs (Slowride, the Queers) and the Escape Frame. It’ll take place at Red 7 in Austin, TX on March 17th.
