30 Seconds To Mars ask for fan contribution on new record

30 Seconds to Mars has included vocal contributions from fans worldwide at events titled "The Summit" for their upcoming record This Is War. Launching later this week, "The Digital Summit" will allow fans to include their vocals from their home computers. Submissions will also get a chance to appear in the album’s documentary.
