Jack's Mannequin documentary gets DVD release date

Dear Jack, the long-awaited documentary by Jack's Mannequin frontman Andrew McMahon, is set to be released on DVD on Nov. 3. The film, which is a documentary about McMahon's struggle to release Everything In Transit while battling acute lymphoma leukemia, will screen theatrically in New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago throughout October. Pre-orders for the DVD are available here, and will come with a previously unreleased track called "Swim (Music Box)" and an exclusive movie lithograph poster. The film will also be available for digital download on iTunes.

McMahon will also be embarking on a solo tour. Dates are as follows:
