MxPx's bus catches fire in the Netherlands

MxPx endured a pretty rough first day of their world tour. The band’s bus caught fire today outside of the venue in Utrecht, Netherlands. Nobody was hurt.



Guitarist Tom Wisniewski had this to say:

"So when we got to the venue we all got some food and then went to take a nap. We were awaken by the bus driver yelling "get out of the bus now". Apparently the shore power overloaded something electrical in the bus and started a fire. Firemen showed up, extinguishers were emptied and we got dressed on the sidewalk. The bus stinks of electrical fire now and there is a new bus on it’s way to us as I type this… And today was going so smoothly!?!?!?!?"
