Everybody knows Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson were engaged—they adopted a miniature pig together and her most recent album, sweetener, even has a song called, uhm, Pete Davidson.

However, these days are long gone, because Ari is about to enter her goth phase and she's saying "thank u, next" instead of writing songs about her ex.

Yesterday, Grande released the album cover and tracklist for her forthcoming album Thank U, Next. Besides giving fans major vampire vibes, they also couldn't help to obsess over the meaning of the song titles.

For example, track number 10 is called NASA. Do some people think the song is about the National Aeronautics and Space Administration? No, not really... they think it's about Pete Davidson.

Actually, no. The seemingly absurd idea apparently made Grande's co-writer, singer Victoria Monét, burst out laughing.

Is it "universally common," though? Either way, the important message remains: the song isn't about Pete Davidson's jacket. Good, now we're even more excited to hear the track and find out what it is about.
