Streaming has completely transformed the way people listen to music. Long gone are the days of burning CDs and downloading music online, but thanks to platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music, we can listen to any song we can think of at a moment’s notice.

Streaming services, especially Spotify, offer a lot more to users, such as personalized playlists and statistics to make listening to music a whole experience.

Because of Spotify’s features, we’re also able to see which songs from our favorite artists are the most popular. And we can also see which tracks are totally overlooked. In honor of both categories, you can check out the most and least streamed songs on Spotify from some of your favorites below.

Fall Out Boy

Most: “Centuries,” with more than 635 million Spotify streams

It’s not a huge surprise that this anthemic track tops Fall Out Boy’s most streamed songs, as it’s been featured in plenty of commercials for college football over the years. The song has been certified platinum four times and reached No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Least: “Grenade Jumper,” with more than 4 million Spotify streams

This was the ninth track on Fall Out Boy’s debut album, Take This To Your Grave. So it might have been a bit harder for general audiences to find.

Most: “Misery Business,” with more than 316 million Spotify streams

Misery Business” has since been retired from live shows by the band, but it’s still Paramore's most popular song on Spotify, considering it was their breakthrough hit to the mainstream. The song has been certified platinum four times and peaked at No. 26 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Least: “Whoa,” with just more than 8 million Spotify streams

This pop-punk track was featured on the band’s debut album, All We Know Is Falling. It may not have the appeal of "Misery Business," but it'll always be a classic in our hearts.

My Chemical Romance

Most: “Welcome To The Black Parade,” with more than 377 million Spotify streams

It’s also no shocker that this is My Chemical Romance’s most popular track, as “Welcome To The Black Parade” is one of the biggest anthems of all time. The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame named it as one of the songs that’s most shaped the rock genre, and it went triple platinum in the U.S.

Least: “This Is The Best Day Ever,” with more than 3.4 million Spotify streams

This was the ninth track on the band’s 2002 debut album, I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love. It's still a classic regardless of streams.

Panic! At The Disco

Most: “High Hopes,” with more than 959 million Spotify streams

“High Hopes” has become Panic! At The Disco’s most successful song, reaching No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Like FOB’s most streamed track, the song has been featured in plenty of commercials and promotions. And it's become a staple radio hit since it was released.

Least: “Folkin’ Around,” with more than 11.2 million Spotify streams

This near-two-minute folk tune was featured on 2008’s Pretty. Odd. But it's pretty incredible that the band don't have a song under 10 million streams.

Most: “Closer,” with 1.8 billion Spotify streams

Technically, this song is by the Chainsmokers, but it undoubtedly wouldn’t be the pop hit it is without Halsey’s recognizable vocals. This song was Halsey’s first-ever No. 1 single, and it's certified diamond by the RIAA

Least: “Graveyard - Stripped,” with more than 461,000 Spotify streams

This stripped-down version of Halsey’s track is on the B-side of her latest album, ManicIt makes sense that it would have the least amount of streams, but this one is still quite enjoyable.

Most: “Stupid For You,” with more than 30 million Spotify streams

“Stupid For You” was Waterparks’ first single from their debut album, Double Dare, which kicked off the major fandom for the band. So it's pretty easy to understand how this one rises above the rest.

Least: “Group Chat,” with more than 2,000 Spotify streams

It’s not surprising that this is Waterparks’ least popular track, as it’s only a 15-second interlude from their most recent album, FANDOM

Most: “All The Small Things,” with more than 489 million Spotify streams

Say it ain’t so, this catchy track from Enema Of The State is one of blink-182’s most popular songs of all time. It’s a pop-punk anthem and peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Least: “Reebok Commercial,” with more than 1.1 million Spotify streams

This song comes from an early blink-182 release, Buddha. But of course, Spotify doesn't take CD plays into account. Otherwise, this would be up there.

twenty one pilots

Most: “Stressed Out,” with more than 1.3 billion Spotify streams

This radio hit from the band’s 2015 album Blurryface is twenty one pilots' most popular song, which isn’t a surprise considering its mainstream radio success. The song has been certified platinum eight times by the RIAA.

Least: “Leave The City,” with more than 39.9 million Spotify streams.

While the final track on Trench is TOP’s least streamed track, it’s a testament to the Clique that the song still has nearly 40 million streams.

Melanie Martinez

Most: “Play Date,” with more than 315 million Spotify streams

“Play Date” comes from Melanie Martinez’s 2015 album, Cry Baby, but the reason for its popularity might be due to a 2020 TikTok trend using the song.

Least: “Glued,” with more than 3.9 million Spotify streams

This track is on the B-side of the deluxe version of Martinez’s latest album, K-12. That would explain its ranking, but it's still a strong deep cut.

Most: “I Think I’m OKAY,” with more than 210.8 million Spotify streams

This song is actually by Machine Gun Kelly and features YUNGBLUD and blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. “I Think I’m OKAY” is also certified platinum by the RIAA.

Least: “Eulogy,” with more than 2.8 million Spotify streams

This was the intro song to YUNGBLUD’s 2018 debut album, 21st Century Liability. But for a rocker still rising, it's an impressive feat.
