After a delay in his trial, As I Lay Dying singer Tim Lambesis was back in court this morning in Vista, CA for the ongoing murder-for-hire case. Lambgoat are reporting that, essentially, nothing really happened in court today, aside from setting the next court date (February 19).

Lambgoat have also confirmed that the restraining order protecting Meggan Lambesis and their children was extended on January 17 and rumored “negotiations” for a plea deal are still ongoing.

Lambesis remains out on bail; he was arrested and charged with Solicitation Of Another To Commit Murder last year, after attempting to hire a hitman to kill his wife, Meggan.

The singer is also facing a $2 million civil lawsuit from his wife for emotional distress, medical expenses, damages and legal fees.
