At The Drive In frontman Cedric Bixler-Zavala has taken to Twitter to accuse Church of Scientology member and actor Danny Masterson of raping his wife, Chrissie Carnell Bixler, saying the “Church of Scientology has been harassing us since last year when she pressed charges.”

He explains that he mentions the incident in At The Drive In’s song "Incurably Innocent,” sharing in a tweet: “U might wanna go back and re read my 'nonsensical' lyrics off our last ATDI record.”

In an interview with NME earlier this year when the song was released, Bixler-Zavala says it's “a song about sexual abuse and being able to finally speak out."

At this point, four women have accused Masterson of raping them in the early 2000s, and the investigation into multiple allegations of rape against Masterson has "inexplicably stalled," despite the Los Angeles County district attorney having "compelling evidence in the case," Huffington Post reports.
