Many people criticized West during the televised meeting, where he, at one point, went into a 10 minute-long speech addressing various topics including prison reform, the universe and more (you can watch it below.)

After the meeting, many were quick to take to social media to give their thoughts on West’s meeting with the President. One of those commenters being the Guns N’ Roses frontman, Axl Rose.

Rose quickly took to Twitter after the meeting, where he sent out a couple of tweets on the matter: “What a joke. Not gonna solve anything in Chicago or anywhere else with any of that attention-seeking nonsense.”

He then added: “Oh n’ don’t let any of this distract from the Khashoggi killing,” which is in reference to the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
