Back in October, BABYMETAL unveiled their highly-awaited album METAL GALAXY which made history with the Billboard charts. The metal act became the first Asian artist(s) to hit number one on the Top Rock Albums Chart with METAL GALAXY. BABYMETAL’s previous album METAL RESISTANCE topped out at No.6.

More recently, back in December, BABYMETAL released their captivating video for “DA DA DANCE.” The high energy video features compiled footage from BABYMETAL’s METAL GALAXY tour.

As well, BABYMETAL just released two live albums, LEGEND – METAL GALAXY [DAY 1] and LEGEND – METAL GALAXY [DAY 2]. The two-part live album features recorded performances of a staggering 24 tracks.

Now, BABYMETAL are back with even more treats for their listeners. On Friday, they unveiled their explosive new video for “BxMxC.” In the video, Su-Metal and Moametal can be seen taking on their worst enemies in intense battles that include fire, lightning and other natural elements.

Despite the obstacles and intense confrontation, the duo manages to come out victorious. By the end of the video, they are celebrating their win with a massive crowd of fans.

“BxMxC” follows up the previously released “DA DA DANCE,” “Elevator Girl,” “Distortion” and “PA PA YA!!” with Thai rapper F.HERO. All of the tracks are featured on METAL GALAXY which did very well on the charts last year.

METAL GALAXY sold 28,000 equivalent albums in its first week, 27,000 of which were pure album sales. As well, the album entered the all-format Billboard 200 chart at No.13. This feat was a vast improvement from 2019’s METAL RESISTANCE which peaked at No. 39.

Along with the U.S., METAL GALAXY did well in other global markets. In the U.K., the album hit No.19 on the official album chart. It also reached No.18 on Germany’s top album chart.
