In a new interview with Yahoo News, Keanu Reeves shared that fans might not see Bill and Ted going on their highly anticipated third adventure.

Despite previous reports that the film was greenlighted to start production by stars Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, it seems as though financial agreements and other "show business" logistics are preventing the movie from moving forward.

“I don’t know if it’s a reality,” Reeves shared “We’ve been trying for a long time to get that film made, and it still has its challenges.”

Those challenges? Well, according to Reeves, it's all business rather than any creative issues:

“I really love the characters, and I think we have a good story to tell. Part of it is show business stuff — financing, rights, deals. Nothing creatively.”

While they're still in the process of getting the deals and finances for the film solved, that hasn't stopped Reeves from picturing what Theodore "Ted" Logan will be up to all these years later.

“It’ll be interesting to see what that’s like,” he said. “There’d be a lot about him that would be the same, I’m sure; his kind of optimistic naïveté in the face of the darkness will still be there. He has a child now, so I’m sure he’s matured.”

We're totally annoyed that Bill and Ted have seemingly gone on another bogus journey. We can only hope that the financial issues will get resolved soon!
