Speaking of Billie Eilish, she recently announced the dates for her WHERE DO WE GO? world tour, which is in support of her record-breaking debut album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?

The tour starts in March and will continue through July as she treks from North America to Latin and South America and then across the pond to Europe and the United Kingdom.

However, she faced a lot of backlash when fans hoping to score a ticket for one of her upcoming shows through a Ticketmaster Verified Fan presale were hit with chaos.

Some lucky fans were selected through the Verified Fan program to receive a presale code for early access but faced numerous systematic errors.

When fans went to get their presale tickets though, dozens found themselves locked out of the Ticketmaster site, kicked out of their spot in line, or facing a waitlist of up to 500 other people as one user said.

The response sparked Ticketmaster’s apology and a representative for the company told Billboard that the on-sale was delayed an hour total due to a system error and but the issues have been resolved.

“Billie Eilish Fans: We sincerely apologize for the issues during today’s presale. We will ensure that all Verified Fans are able to purchase tickets prior to tomorrow’s public onsale.”

Eilish even responded to her fans via her Instagram account where she says her fans “broke Ticketmaster.”

“You guys broke ticketmaster lmaoooo but we fixed it. If you got a pre-sale code but weren’t able to use it this morning, check your texts and get them tickets. For everyone else, tickets go on sale tomorrow. Love you.”
