2020 has been big for Eilish. She kicked the year off with a bang when she made Grammys history as the first woman to win all four major categories with WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?. As well, she also released her emotional single “my future” and the new James Bond theme "No Time To Die" this year.
More recently, she earned 12 nominations at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards. She could make history at this year's award show with her Top New Artist nomination. If she wins, she will be the first female artist to do so since Lorde in 2014. She also just unveiled a custom ukelele with Fender.
Of course, Eilish managed to accomplish all of this before her 19th birthday this December. Now, the singer is giving fans an exclusive look inside her life in the new documentary The World's A Little Blurry.
Rumors of the documentary first surfaced back in October 2019 when Eilish was on tour. The "ocean eyes" singer was seen being followed around by a video crew, hinting that a new project was on the way.

On Monday, Eilish unveiled a short teaser for The World's A Little Blurry. Not much information about the documentary is revealed in the teaser. However, we now know that the film arrives in February 2021. The documentary is anticipated to premiere in theaters as well as on Apple TV+.
The film will presumably be about Eilish's musical upbringing, her breakout hit "ocean eyes" and the success of her debut No.1 album WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?.
The World's A Little Blurry reportedly wasn't cheap for Apple. According to reports, the documentary is part of a $25 million deal with Eilish.

The documentary's teaser arrives shortly after FINNEAS gave an update on Eilish's upcoming album. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the sibling duo has been using their time off to record each of their own albums. However, FINNEAS revealed that fans shouldn't expect either LP to be released anytime soon.
“Billie’s album, and my album, they won’t be a bummer COVID record,” he said. “I have a desperate desire not to release them during COVID-19. It’s the vaccine record! I want it to be the album everyone’s out dancing in the streets to.”
