Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) is looking to bring her 40-year fight against Michael Myers (Nick Castle and stuntman James Jude Courtney) to an end. Blumhouse has revealed the first trailer for the conclusion of the Halloween series, Halloween Ends.

Halloween Ends premieres Oct. 14.

The trailer sets the tone of the film without spoiling the plot. It opens from Michael's perspective as he walks the streets and makes his way into a home. As he ambles up the stairs, the familiar piano melody scores his ascent before he reaches a half-open door on the upper floor. When he walks through it, Laurie is there waiting for him, gun in hand.

Though the trailer doesn't reveal much, there are brief glimpses of returning survivors.  Allyson (Andi Matichak) and Officer Hawkins (Will Patton) both make appearances but in less than favorable situations.
