Boys Like Girls guitarist’s fiancé was a fan prior to meeting him

When it comes to her love life, she saw her husband in real life way before they actually ever spoke. She actually went to one of the band’s shows back when she was 14.

“I actually was in attendance at one of his shows when I was 14 years old,” she said. “It’s not weird thought because we didn’t meet then, we met seven years later.”

“So you stalked him in a way. You were a stalker,” Kimmel jokingly responded.

She did say that when she did meet him as an adult, she told him right away that she went to one of his shows back in the day. At least she was up front with him. Also, this is definitely a fun story to tell people about how she first encountered her future spouse.

She also gushed that her husband was “cooler than her” because he has tattoos, which was pretty hilarious and cute.

DiGiovanni proposed to Stevens on New Years Eve 2017, later revealing it on Instagram.

The actress opened up about the actual proposal on a different late-night show, Late Night with Seth Meyers, soon after, which you can check out below.
