Brendon Urie takes the Skully award for Best Vocalist at the APMAs! The Panic! At The Disco frontman also performed two Frank Sinatra classics with some help from the Contemporary Youth Orchestra, “Luck Be A Lady” and “Fly Me To The Moon.”
