Broadside premiere new music video for "The Simple Type"—watch (exclusive)

Pop punkers Broadside (Victory Records) are premiering the music video for their song “The Simple Type,” taken from the group's album Old Bones.

The video was recorded on Vans Warped Tour this summer.

“'The Simple Type' is about the idea of living on the edge of your seat,” says vocalist Ollie Baxxter. “I wrote it about my younger brother William. He's very low key and makes decisions based off initial judgement or instinct. He's one of those people that you sit back and ask how he got so lucky to not over analyze a decision, doesn't fear any person, and still comes out on top. Like the line says, ‘Shoot first, ask questions last!’”
