Cassadee Pope debuts "Wasting All These Tears" music video

Former Hey Monday frontwoman and winner of season three of The Voice, Cassadee Pope, has premiered her new music video for “Wasting All These Tears,” the lead single from her as-yet-untitled forthcoming record.

Trading in her pop punk sound for crossover country pop, Pope's new album will be released by Republic Nashville, and is Cassadee's first full-length effort as a solo artist, following her self-titled, self-released 2012 EP.

Pope first debuted “Wasting All These Tears” last month, as a guest on The Voice's fourth season. You can check out the singer's new video for the track streaming now on CMT or in the player below, starting late this evening:

Cassadee opened for Rascal Flatts and The Band Perry on a string of dates last month, and will depart for another leg of the tour in Aug. Additionally, the singer made her debut last night at Nashville, Tenn.'s Grand Ole Opry, a right of passage for every up and coming country singer. Check out Pope's remaining tour dates, below.
