Cody Payne (The Dangerous Summer, Floodlove) arrested on burglary charges

Cody Payne (formerly of the Dangerous Summer) was arrested for a burglary in which he is alleged to have stolen electronics and audio recordings, in January, according to a report from the Austin Police Department, which you can view below.

The alleged burglarizing of his neighbor's apartment took place on December 25, 2014, in Austin, Texas. Payne is scheduled to appear in court later this month.

It should also be noted that aside from his burglary indictment, he has been brought up on a handful of false statement charges, including false statement on lottery, property/credit between $1,500 and $20,000 and false statement to obtain credit.

The Dangerous Summer met its end shortly after frontman AJ Perdomo left the band in the spring of 2014 and further ruptured an increasing rift between himself and vocalist/guitarist Cody Payne (pictured far right). Payne then took what is assumed to be complete control of the Dangerous Summer's official Facebook page, shamelessly promoting his new musical endeavor, Floodlove. (The Dangerous Summer's FB page has since been taken down.)
