
Members of Dead Cross detained while on tour, released from police custody today

Last night, members of Dead Cross were temporarily placed in police custody. Dave Lombardo uploaded a photo to Instagram today following the arrests with the caption: “This is happening and it’s not good."
The image shows Justin Pearson (Retox/The Locust) and Michael Crain (Retox, Festival of Dead Deer) in handcuffs.

At present, Dead Cross members have been advised by legal counsel not to provide further comment on the incident, reports a press release from the band.
More information is expected to be made available from authorities following arraignment.

According to the press release, the band, who just released their debut album and are on tour in support of the record, had their gear searched and were restrained during the inspection.
