Demi Lovato, Travis Clark sing Paramore at Emo Nite

It’s no secret Demi Lovato is a fan of the scene. From Senses Fail bringing out her “inner emo kid” to spinning Say Anything’s …Is A Real Boy as a workout jam, she’s made her devotion to all things emo very clear.

Lovato headed to Emo Nite LA back in June 2017 where she sang along to Paramore and Underoath, and she’s back at it again.

Last night, the singer returned to the Emo Nite stage at the Echoplex in Los Angeles. She joined We The Kings frontman Travis Clark (who she teamed up with on a single, “We’ll Be A Dream,” in 2010).

However, this time neither vocalist was there to perform their own music as the duo rocked out to Paramore’s “Misery Business” among other tracks. Lovato even further embraced her emo roots as she hit the stage in a Taking Back Sunday and the Used co-headliner tour shirt circa 2014.

This wasn’t the only track Lovato was seen singing along to as she was featured in several Instagram stories belting it to All Time Low, Fall Out Boy, Simple Plan and Green Day.

Clark and Lovato also weren’t the only familiar faces spotted at Emo Nite Tuesday. Vic Fuentes hit the stage for a DJ set.

Noah Cyrus also headed to the Echoplex with Diablo. The singer was previously spotted at the event in 2017 where she did a DJ set with brother and Metro Station singer Trace Cyrus.

While Trace was not in attendance Tuesday night, Noah still made sure to spin “Shake It.”

Emo Nite LA hit the road in the fall with 3OH!3 and lil aaron, and the trio are bringing the party back across the states this spring. Check out a list of cities they’ll be heading to below, including a show featuring From First To Last that sold out in minutes.
