In the new Doctor Strange 2 trailer, Maximoff appears briefly with her two children, Billy and Tommy. It's unclear if they appear in real life. They could be a figment of Maximoff's imagination, as she talks of being haunted by daily “nightmares.”

The upcoming film follows the events of both WandaVision and Spider-Man: No Way Home. While Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) must deal with the choices he made in Spider-Man, Maximoff taps into dark magic after a self-imposed exile.

The new trailer also gives fans another look at a zombified version of Strange, alluding to the darker tone director Sam Raimi previously hinted about.
