Emarosa have released the third single from their forthcoming album, and it’s all about breakups.

“Cautious” is a guitar heavy track that comes from the band’s upcoming album Peach Club.

The song discusses the decisions people make after a breakup and how it affects a person.

“Sex after heartbreak can tell you a lot about who you are,” frontman Bradley Walden says in a statement. “If you move on, you move on. If you can’t move on, maybe that was love you had.”

Listen to the new track below.

Overall, Emarosa’s upcoming album will be more synth-pop influenced than the band has been in the past. They’ve previously dropped two singles “Givin’ Up” and “Don’t Cry” from Peach Club.

When the band announced the album, Walden gushed about it on Twitter.

“I’m going to obsess over this album,” he says in a tweet. “I have been obsessing over this album for over a year now, which is when we started recording it. It’s crazy to think that you all know it’s coming now. I don’t even know how to process everything that comes with this.”

Peach Club will be released Feb. 8 on Hopeless Records. Pre order your copy here.

The band is celebrating the album’s release with a handful of dates and you can check those out below and grab tickets here.
