Ames choreographed the music video alongside Emarosa frontman Bradley Walden. The video was directed by Megan Thompson. “Helpless” is culled from Emarosa's upcoming album, 131, which is set for release July 8 via Hopeless Records. Emarosa will also be on the entirety of this year's Warped Tour.

“This is a song we've wanted to release for a long time. It shows some of the farthest reaches we went after on this record. It's an absolute favorite and I really wanted to summon my inner Michael Jackson for this one,” says Walden.
