The world’s wait is finally over, Eminem has officially dropped his response to Machine Gun Kelly.

We’ve been witness to the growing feud between rappers Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly for a couple of weeks now, and today, Em has shared a searing response to MGK’s track, “Rap Devil.”

This afternoon, Em dropped his latest track “Killshot,” a song directed towards the Cleveland rapper himself, and you can check it out below!

Listen to “Killshot:”

If you haven’t been following the growing drama between the two rappers, here’s everything that has happened so far:

Eminem surprise released his new full-length effort, Kamikaze, and it was chock full of diss after diss including “Not Alike,“ which takes aim at Machine Gun Kelly. As if one diss track dedicated to you wasn’t enough, G-Eazy dropped a diss track of his own, “Bad Boy,” where he responded to MGK’s freestyle on Hot 97.

While both rappers took aim at MGK, it appears that the Cleveland rapper only delivered a diss track to Eminem, who he so-lovingly sent a diss track to in the form of “Rap Devil.”

The track’s name “Rap Devil” seems to be a nod to Em’s 2013 song “Rap God,” and he even changed his Twitter bio to “fuck rap god I’m the rap devil.”

Additionally, MGK wrote in a statement about the new song that he’s not only standing up for himself but his generation as well. Check out the post in full below:

“I’m standing up for not just myself, but my generation. I’m doing the same shit you did back in ur day. life is still real on my side, and I had to take time from the grind to defend myself from someone I called an idol. love, Rap Devil.”

After posting the track, MGK brought the “Rap Devil” to Em’s home state of Michigan. Before the song began, MGK could be heard saying:

“This is not a battle between Michigan and Ohio. This is a battle between the past and the motherfucking future. Knees weak of old age! The real Slim Shady can’t stand up!”

While this seems to be an ongoing battle between the two rappers, Eminem recently addressed the growing feud with MGK during an interview with Sway Calloway, where he addressed “this fucking weird thing” with MGK.

“The reason I dissed him is actually a lot more petty than that. The reason that I dissed him is because he got on—first he said ‘I’m the greatest rapper alive since my favorite rapper banned me from Shade 45’ or whatever he said, right? Like I’m trying to hinder his career. I don’t give a fuck about your career. You think I actually fucking think about you? You know how many fucking rappers are better than you? You’re not even in the fucking conversation.”

We’ll be anticipating Machine Gun Kelly’s next move. What do you think of this current battle? Sound off in the comments below.
