Buckley recently shared an absolutely wild illustration for Gerard Way and Youth Code’s Sara Taylor’s Quarantine Coloring Book which you can see below or download for free on their website.

He’s clearly spending some time throughout the coronavirus pandemic working on his already incredible drawing skills. In the post, Jordan Buckley says he’s spending his “quarantime” using their new album’s lyrics to build his typography skills.

As far as the lyrics for the new album go, Keith Buckley recently told us in an interview that they’ve made “16 of the best songs we’ve ever written.”

While the lyrics to their last album, Low Teens, told a deeply personal and incredibly written story, the new record is focusing on the “Trump administration coming into power.”

The vocalist says he understands some prefer to keep politics out of music but feels it affects every aspect of daily life. While Low Teens has some of Keith’s best writing, he hints that the new album may top it.

“I didn’t think I’d ever be able to write better or more charged lyrics than what I wrote for Low Teens, but that record was about personal uncertainty. This one is about universal uncertainty.”
