2013 Readers Poll: Best Movie

Over the past year, you may have noticed AP incorporating more movie and entertainment coverage on our website. This is another thing we did because we listened to you, the readers. We know you love not only music, but movies as well, the nerdier the better…

3. Thor: The Dark World

“Great plot, great acting (especially from Tom Hiddleston), great special effects, and the perfect mix of action, comedy, romance, and suspense. There were about four different plot twists over the course of the movie, all of which had me jumping in my seat. It ended on an intense cliff-hanger, and I cannot wait to see what happens next in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.”

2. Legion Of The Black

“Black Veil Brides decided to make a short film to go along with the concept record that they made this year and it came out amazing. The BVB Army was so excited about the end result and the band were really proud of it as well. It's something that people don't think of doing and it was a great idea.”

1. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

“It was really a movie that had effort put into it. It's weird for me to say about a movie, but it made me feel so many different things during the whole thing as if I was in the movie. It made me feel like crying, it made me smile, it made me laugh, it made me anxious.. I'd love to see it again!”
