With the 2017 APMAs a mere days away, it's time to freshen up on the most important details of the night. So for those of you are Kelly from the The Office right now:

WHERE CAN I WATCH THE SHOW?

HOW DO I WATCH THE SHOW?
On any device that has internet/Wi-Fi.

IS IT FREE TO WATCH?
Yes.

NO, REALLY, DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP OR SOMETHING?
No. It's free. As in, you just click play and watch on whatever device you're using. It's that easy.

CAN I WATCH THE SHOW AGAIN AFTER THE APMAS?

Yes! The stream is available for up to 72 hours after the show, and you can watch it at: music.amazon.com/apmas.

ARE THERE ANY FREE EVENTS LEADING UP TO THE APMAs?
Yes, the APMAs Fan Day! It includes a free concert and an “LGBTQ In Music” panel featuring Laura Jane Grace.

WHAT TIME DOES THE RED CARPET START?
3 p.m. ET/noon PT

New Years Day's Ash Costello and Gunz from The Gunz Show.

CAN I WATCH THE RED CARPET IN PERSON?
Yes! If you're an Ultimate VIP Ticket holder, Monster VIP Ticket holder or one of the first 150 people at will call (at The KeyBank State Theatre at Playhouse Square) to get a wristband, you can watch. The wristbands are first come, first serve. Will call opens at 11AM ET.

IF I HAVE TICKETS, WHERE WILL MY NEW SEAT BE?
Your ticket and seat assignment should have been updated in your Flash Seats app by now. Now, you might be stressing that your seat won't be as good as your original seat at The Q, but don't think that! Your new seat will be comparable or even better than your previously assigned seat. Just look at this tweet (taken from the back of the house):

There really isn't a bad seat in the house… at all.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY TICKET?
Your ticket is on your Flash Seats app (if you don't have it, please download it on Android or Apple). Bring a photo ID and the card you used to pay for the ticket to the theater. 

If you have a physical ticket, bring it to the State Theatre and exchange it for the new ticket at Will Call.
