All this week, we are breaking down our annual 100 Bands You Need To Know special by the number. When choosing artists to feature, we inevitably noticed patterns and trends, some of which surfaced in artist names. So, what's in a name? Omitted vowels, anyone? Combined words? Grandiose, sweeping statements? Yup, we've got 'em.
