ENVY ON THE COAST’S BLACK FRIDAY “ANTI-SALE,” SUPPORTING RAINN
Envy On The Coast are doing things a little differently. They want you to spend your money on a good cause: RAINN, an organization devoted to helping victims of sexual assault.
“On Black Friday, we urge you not to engage in any fist fights for flat screen TVs or come home with a black eye just to get 50 percent off on a blender. We’d like to provide you with a healthier alternative; so for our Black Friday ‘sale,’ we’re turning what would have been a discount into a donation.”
The band will make a donation of 20 percent of all proceeds from their webstore to RAINN. This will begin at 12 a.m. ET on Nov. 24 and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on Nov. 27. It will not, however, include sales from the Equal Vision Records/MerchNow webstore.
