Coffee Shop: Can any good come from the Ticketmaster/Live Nation merger?

In what’s possibly the biggest merger since Jim and Pam, the Ticketmaster/Live Nation deal–which has been under review since it was announced as a possibility last year–has gone through. (The difference here is that instead of bringing together two adorable Office dwellers, it’s the joining of the biggest ticket seller in the U.S. and the world’s largest concert promoter.) So, to throw in one more analogy, it’s as if the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox decided to pool their players and money and see if the Kansas City Royals can take ’em on. So this week, we wanna know: Can any good come from the Ticketmaster/Live Nation merger? And, hey, musicians: we wanna hear from you, too!
