Comrades journey to self-discovery in atmospheric video—watch

Comrades are teaming up with AP to premiere a new music video for “Cliff Dwelling” from their latest full-length, For We Are Not Yet, We Are Only Becoming.

Directed by Kevin Johnson, the music video radiates the band’s atmospheric post-hardcore energy and captures a hopeful and introspective outlook of their lives and their fanbase.

“We wanted to try to capture that sense of belonging, of good memories and reflection, not just for our band, but for us and everyone who hears this music, as a community, as a whole,” the band says.

Along with that, the band wanted to convey a positive message with the video, reminding us of our self-worth and how we’re not alone during times of change and struggle.

“With the state of the world right now, we wanted to make an uplifting video, and this song is about knowing that as people we have worth and that we belong and are loved,” they add.

For We Are Not Yet, We Are Only Becoming is available now via Facedown Records. The band will hit the road for tour starting June 12. Tickets and more information on the tour can be found here.
