Crystal Lake premieres cover of "Wide Eyed," donates profits to the Ghost Inside (exclusive)
Japanese metalcore band Crystal Lake teamed up with AP to premiere a new cover of the Ghost Inside's “Wide Eyed,” with all profits from the song going straight to the Ghost Inside to help pay for medical expenses. This follows a tragic bus accident in November, where the two drivers were killed and others seriously injured.
“We had a chance to tour with the Ghost Inside in Japan three years ago. When we heard this news, we, like all of you, were so shocked and at a loss for words,” the band says in a statement. “We strongly felt that we must do something to help support the Ghost Inside, as a band and simply as their friends from the other side of the world.”
You can buy Crystal Lake's song through iTunes, and you can make a donation through the Ghost Inside's gofundme page.
