If you're a follower of Warped Tour and the massive community it encompasses, you've probably seen the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, but what you may not know is that every year since 1997, aspiring and professional songwriters have been entering John Lennon Songwriting Contest for their chance to win a $20,000 Song of the Year prize.
Last year, in addition to their 24 grand prize winners, their 12 LennonAward winners and their “Song Of The Year,” they chose one arist to represent them on Warped–The Royal.
