Movements premiere video for honest new track "Kept" (exclusive)

Movements joined forces with AltPress to bring you an exclusive premiere of their newest track, “Kept” from their upcoming EP Outgrown Things.

“'Kept' was written about my struggles with depression, anxiety and self hate,” explains lead singer Patrick Miranda. “I had never felt lower in my entire life than I did when this song was being written. I lacked self confidence and any sort of hope. I wanted nothing more than to have some sort of belief system or compass that I could turn to for support.”

Outgrown Things is set to release March 11, introducing the Southern-California band with a nostalgic, yet refreshing insight to today’s post-hardcore/emo revival.
