Can't Swim find the perfect blend of slow and aggressive in new track "Stranger"—listen

New Jersey rockers Can't Swim are back with an intense video for their new track “Stranger.” With heavy breakdowns and thoughtful lyrics, Can't Swim takes a new direction with this track. Their newly found blend of different sounds really captures where they want to go as a band, says the group.

“'Stranger' is a good representation of what our new record sounds like. The songs are spread out across the spectrum, some quiet and slow while others are fast and aggressive, and I think 'Stranger' captures both of those sides pretty well,” says vocalist Chris Loporto. “The idea for the video is also very similar, showing all kinds of relationships between all different types of people. 'Stranger' is certainly a good foreshadowing of the band we want to be and the message we want to portray. I hope it sheds some light on what we have planned for the future and how excited we are to release more music.”

Can't Swim are currently gearing up for their European tour and are due to release a new album sometime in 2017. Find more information on that here. You can check out Can't Swim at one of the dates below.
