Song Premiere: Back To Normal, "Hold Your Own"

Today we've got a stream of the title track to Back To Normal's upcoming EP, Hold Your Own. The song closes their EP, which is due out October 9 via Apparition, slowing down a bit with more focus on elongated phrasing and letting the vocals carry the song. Frontwoman Sarah Camden says the message of the song is found right within the lyrics: “Life can be a bust most days but keep your head up and find a way to hold your own, everything will be okay.” Check out the pick-me-up pop-punk track below and let us know what you think in the comments.
