Anyone who suffers with anxiety or panic disorder can tell you that getting caught in the grips of a panic attack is overwhelming, to say the least. The intense physical and mental symptoms are unrelenting and terrifying until the spell passes.

For their song “Meteor,” State Faults attempted to relay that feeling through music.

“In writing 'Meteor', we really tried to capture the intensity and aggressive nature of a panic attack,” says Guitarist/Vocalist Jonny Andrew. “The new album is definitely the most personal yet, it explores some of the darkest and most vulnerable aspects of myself, and the fear and self-loathing caused by anxiety.”
