For the past five years, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday has been devoted to giving, charity and philanthropy. Some of your favorite bands have joined the global phenomenon, supporting organizations such as MyMusicRx, Music For Relief and Planned Parenthood.
Check out how the scene is celebrating Giving Tuesday below.
Vocalist Mike Shinoda and turntablist Joe Hahn partnered with designer Blaine Halvorson of MadeWorn to create these awesome, custom shirts using the design from Linkin Park’s debut LP Hybrid Theory. A portion of each sale will go to Music For Relief, a non-profit started by Linkin Park to help survivors of natural disasters while also promoting environmental conservation.
A white hoodie and T-shirt feature a print of the Hybrid Theory design. The vintage black T-shirts with the design were custom made by hand-stenciling, spray-painting and traditional painting.
Beastie Boys’ Ad Rock partnered with vegan shoe company Keep on a new design, called the “Keep X Ad Rock midtop.” Net proceeds will go to Planned Parenthood.
In honor of Giving Tuesday, To Write Love on Her Arms has launched its month-long “#into17” campaign. TWLOHA hopes to raise $100,000 by December 31 to share a message of hope with even more people in the new year. You can join the conversation using #into17 or by donating to the Classy fundraising page.
Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie teamed up with Bedstock to perform “Hallelujah” in support of MyMusicRx, which delivers bedside and online music medicine to kids facing cancer and other serious illness.

Heart of Florida United Way operates the Orlando United Assistance Center (OUAC), which was established after this summer's tragic events support those directly affected. All proceeds from the song will go to OUAC.
