William Ryan Key releases nostalgic new video with fan photos, concert footage—watch

William Ryan Key is releasing a new video featuring live footage from shows and photos with fans.

The new music video for “Old Friends” takes footage shot of Key performing at shows while on the road with New Found Glory earlier this year and combines it with photos of Key and his fans.

“I wanted to just make a clean, simple visual for ‘Old Friends’ using the material,” Key says about the video. “I can’t take credit for the idea to add the old photos of myself and fans. My management team suggested that it would be a great way to interact with fans and engage them further with my new music. The final product has a super-cool nostalgic feeling about it that I think captures the meaning behind the song perfectly.”

The song comes from Key’s EP Thirteen out earlier this year, which you can listen to here. The former Yellowcard vocalist is working on a follow-up to his solo EP, but no further information or date has been announced yet.
