You know the feeling. You're all alone when the mood strikes, and you need to release some tension. You double check to make certain that no one is watching, and only then do you turn it on.

It's You time.

You get lost in the moment. That old familiar feeling. All of your worries in the world melt away.

Suddenly, you feel it. Somebody else's eyes on you. You're caught. You try to avoid eye contact, feeling completely mortified. Your heart races, your cheeks blush and at the last second… you push the skip button.

You find yourself praying that the person in the car beside you didn't see you dancing. Or even worse, singing along! Not to that song!

It's all right. Take a deep breath. We all have those songs. The ones we would never admit to knowing, let alone having on our iPods and ready to blare at a moment's notice—so long as nobody else is around to make fun of us.

Someone, somewhere in the world has seen me dancing in my Cadillac to “Express Yourself” by Madonna. They may not have known it at the time, but it was happening.

I asked a few of my bravest friends to share the guiltiest pleasures in their collections. I promised not to tell. Sorry, guys.

Dean Ambrose, WWE Superstar:  “I Love” by Tom T. Hall

“It’s the simplest, best song in the world to center yourself and lift one’s spirits on the worst of days. I want my life to be embodied by this song. Call me soft, b****, what!?”

Finn Balor, NXT Champion: “Flying Without Wings” by Westlife

“They're an Irish boy band. I remember as a teenager I would be into Jurassic 5 and Goodie Mob, Prodigy and Orbital. But my sister would be playing Westlife, and I'd sneak her CD into my room and listen to it when no one could hear.”

Ronnie Radke, Falling In Reverse: “What the Hell?” by Avril Lavigne

“I can't help it, but I love the way the melody was written and her writing style in the song.”

Edge, WWE Hall of Famer: “Rock 'n' Roller” by the Bay City Rollers

“Some may consider this embarrassing; however, I think it still kicks ass all these years later. Kiss and BCR were the equivalent of the Beatles and the Stones to my 4-year-old mind. Makeup and tartan one piece jumpsuits. “How Deep Is Your Love” by the Bee Gees is another guilty pleasure. When it comes on randomly, I still belt it out like I have Barry Gibb's falsetto—I don't. At all. I sound like a rutting bull moose. Also, the Carpenters’ 'Superstar.' Ahhh, Karen we hardly knew ye. Damn. I just listened to this again. Wow—it's depressing. Until those magical horns…”

“Here are a few, and they all stem from 10 hour car rides from Orangeville, Ontario, where I grew up to Morrisville, Pennsylvania, where my dad grew up and my grandparents lived. We would drive down to visit and cram the whole family-dogs included—into a van and make the 10-hour trek. My parents were easy listening enthusiasts and would crank that stuff for the entire ride. Gems like 'Islands In The Stream' by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, 'Sailing' by Christopher Cross and 'How Deep Is Your Love' by the Bee Gees. I wanted to hate them, I tried to hate them, but whenever they are played on the radio, I turn it up and sing along. Some or all of these may or may not be on my iPod.”

“I guess you could say 'The Power Of Love,’ but in no way is that a guilty pleasure, that song rules! But, it's one of the more obscure songs on my playlist.”

“I went to school in the mountains, so my freshman year of college, I had no choice but to learn to love country music!”

Mixi, Stitched Up Heart: “Blank Space” by Taylor Swift

“I'm not ashamed to say that I've danced around to that song in my underwear. Don't judge me.”
