Wolfhard is not only a big Twin Peaks fan, but James was also responsible for producing the actor's band, Calpurnia, debut EP, Scout.

Wolfhard tells Consequence of Sound the actors were exchanging song ideas when Keery suggested Wolfhard get in touch with James. Obviously, the idea ended up working, so we guess a thank-you note is in order?

During the interview, the actor and musician also discussed not wanting to mix his two careers and talked a bit about the upcoming season of Stranger Things. He confirmed the sequel is set to debut in 2019 and revealed he hasn't yet met the new cast.

It was recently announced that Stranger Things 3 will take place during the summer of 1985, a year after Season 2. Plus, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and Mike (Wolfhard), as well as Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) and Max (Sadie Sink), will begin the season as couples.

The best news, though? Producer and director Shawn Levy tells fans that Steve (Keery) will have a bigger role in Season 3—and dad Steve is BACK.

“We'll definitely get to see some more of Steve Harrington in Season Three, and I'll just say we won't be abandoning the Dad Steve magic. I don't want to say much more, but I literally feel that we were walking along and we stumbled onto a gold mine with Dad Steve,” Levy said.

The third season is set to debut sometime in 2019.
