Flintstones Bedrock City theme park on sale for $2 million

Flintsones Bedrock City, an Arizona theme park established in 1972 based on the titular Hanna-Barbera cartoon is on sale for $2 million. In addition to several Flintstones homes, a volcano and a few dinosaurs, the theme park includes an RV park, a convenience store, a gift shop and a restaurant.

Holly Hulen, daughter of owner Linda Speckels, hopes to see the 30 acre land be purchased and transformed into something else, like a casino, strip mall, timeshares or resort. The Flintstones license is not up for sale, so the new owner will not be able to legally operate the Flintstones-themed business on the site.

“I believe that it provides a lot of opportunity for somebody,” Hulen tells ABC News.

More information can be found at the park's website, in case you have a couple million dollars and a few dreams burning a hole in your pocket.
