Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl confirms visit to Italy after 1,000 fans perform "Learn To Fly" in unison

Once again, Dave Grohl and the guys have outdone themselves with their epic acts of kindness. After 1,000 diehard fans gathered to simultaneously perform their song “Learn To Fly” in an attempt to convince the band to visit their town, Dave Grohl has announced in Italian that the Foo Fighters are making an appearance in Cesena, Italy.

Here's a translation of what Grohl told his Italian fans: “Hello Cesena, I’m David, hi, and I’m sorry, I can’t speak Italian, just a little, just a little bit. This video.. beautiful, really beautiful! Thank you so much. We are coming, I promise. See you soon! Thank you very much, love you, bye.”

As we all expected, Dave and the guys didn't let their fans down. Grohl has truly earned his title as “the nicest guy in rock.” In fact, it seems it's a bit of an understatement at this point. Oh, and if you missed it, here's the video that started it all!
