Frank Iero cancels Tuscon set "due to circumstances beyond our control"
Frank Iero, unfortunately, canceled the Tucson, Arizona date of his current Frank Iero and the Future Violents tour.
The Aug. 5 show was set to occur at the 191 Toole. No reasons were given for the cancellation. However, tickets will be fully refunded or honored at their Aug. 6 set at the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix, Arizona.

Due to Circumstances beyond our control, we have to cancel our Tucson show at 191 Toole on August 5th. Tickets can be refunded at place of purchase and / or will also be honoured at our Phoenix show on August 6th. No other shows will be affected. Thanks for your understanding. xo

Although the show was cancelled, Iero’s loyal group of fans did nothing but show him love and support for whatever may be going on.

Just two weeks ago, Frank Iero and the Future Violents released a new music video off their current album Barriers. It’s a sad time for people who love parties. The video seems to take a lot from the Menzingers’ In Remission or Jeff Rosenstock’s Nausea and is visually stunning.
Iero explains he knew “Great Party” was going to be a single as soon as he put down the pen.
“Sometimes when you write songs for an album, you have a hard time placing where they should go in the tracklisting or what would be a good visual representation for them,” Frank Iero explains. “Other times, it’s like the universe opens up its playbook and tells you exactly how every piece fits into this giant puzzle. I knew immediately when we finished writing ‘Great Party’ that it needed to be a single off the record and that we needed to make a video for that song.”
