12 ‘Game Of Thrones’ characters as your favorite bands
Maybe not, but we see a lot of similarities between our scene idols and our GoT favorites. Check out our comparisons in celebration of the final season.
1. Jon Snow – My Chemical Romance
Jon may not be as dark and brooding as he was in The Night’s Watch, but the sad eyes he continues to carry give away his true identity. He doesn’t wear black anymore, but Jon Snow is as emo as they come. Add some eyeliner, and he would be ready for The Black Parade.
2. Tormund Giantsbane – Amon Amarth
This is the easiest comparison to make out of the entirety of this list. You’re telling us you couldn’t see Tormund backing the kings of viking metal? His last name is Giantsbane, come on.
3. Daenerys Targaryen – Billie Eilish
Both being thrust into the spotlight at a young age, Dany and Eilish share the same burden as up-and-coming favorites to take over the world, whether it be music or Westeros. The crown is theirs, and we can’t wait to see them in it.
4. Tyrion Lannister – Lil Peep
Tyrion and Peep are kindred souls through and through, and that’s even aside from carrying some iconic facial mods (whether they were given by tattoo gun or sword). Nonetheless, they’re both super lovable, but carry plenty of sadness despite a confident demeanor. Above all, they leave a mark on anyone who crosses their path in an amazing way.
5. Arya Stark – Marilyn Manson
Manson’s dark vibes and references to the occult wouldn’t be lost on Arya. Creepy assassin girl wearing other people’s faces? That sounds like a Manson song already.
6. Sansa Stark – Paramore
Both becoming increasingly confident over the years, Sansa and Paramore are almost unrecognizable from when we first met them. And, of course, there’s the similar hair color.
