Gerard Way recording with twenty one pilots producer Mike Elizondo
Earlier this afternoon, Gerard Way tweeted out that he has a recording session scheduled for today with producer Mike Elizondo.
While Gerard entering the studio in itself is exhilarating, what’s even more intriguing is Elizondo’s past resume. Not only did he produce/co-write 50 Cent's “In Da Club” and write extensively with Dr. Dre and Eminem, but he has also done production work for twenty one pilots, Avenged Sevenfold and Echosmith.

Way kept his tweet vague, ending it with, “What will happen? Who knows!” It will be interesting to see what comes of his time with Mike.
