“This song is about the struggle to come to terms with a society that expects you to take a certain path,” says vocalist Thom Weeks. “Get a job, buy a house, have kids. We're constantly told what is expected of us and what it means to achieve and be successful. The song deals with the feelings of isolation and anxiety that come with not fitting in with mainstream thought, and not having the desires we're told we're supposed to have. Sonically, it's a punch in the face and Max and Charlie absolutely smash the rhythm section on the outro.”

Pre-orders for Gnarwolves' new EP, Adolescence, are available now.
