The lawsuit claims Canarchy Craft Brewery Collective’s Oskar Blues Brewery attempted to trademark the name but quit after the band objected.

Despite the band asking them to discontinue sales, the brewery planned to continue selling Guns ‘N’ Rosé until March 2020.

The suit says the brewery “should not be entitled to continue to sell infringing products and intentionally trade on the GNR’s goodwill, prestige, and fame without GNR’s approval, license, or consent.”

Guns N’ Roses areseeking unspecified damages in the trademark infringement suit.

In other Guns N’ Roses news, the band recently created their own record player. Manufacturer Pro-Ject teamed up with the band to create the custom-designed player perfect for superfans.

“Guns N’ Roses are a staple of the rock music scene,” Pro-Ject said in a statement. “Everything in a classic GnR track sounds real, everything fits together and everything sounds better than many modern recordings. So, what better way to experience their iconic sound in the modern era than with an award-winning turntable that’s designed in their honor?”

The band are also set to headline the Louder Than Life festival alongside  SlipknotMarilyn MansonRob Zombie and more.
